"This is" Good February 19, 2008 R. Trumps (Houston, TX. USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I've enjoyed this CD, I heard some of his bands stuff on YouTube, and thought I've give him a chance in my collection. I've enjoyed it thus far (even my little girl grooves to it). It's not just right up my alley but it's great music to have around when the "house guest" don't particularly enjoy progressive house, this slides in nice, and I'm often asked; who is this?
Good for all occasions, and will be buying more of "This is" collection
absolutely fabulous! February 8, 2008 xmas snow (los angeles) sander never disappoints! this is such an amazing mix he has woven together in the masterful way only he can! if you are ready for some serious beats then look no further!
There are just a few out there with this talent January 12, 2008 PowerUser (Los Angeles, CA USA) 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
There are few who can do what the likes of Sander and John Digweed can do, and their talent is rare. The mixing is flawless, the beats dark and addictive and the repeatability is hundreds of times. As an example, consider the start of CD2. A progressive and repeating beat continues ascending till about 9:20 into the CD. A weird beat in then introduced and it fades away only close to 15 minutes. This is Sander teaching the noobs how progressive is done, and how much they have to learn. CD1 is an absolute masterpiece too. A freaking must have set.
Sander is the best January 9, 2008 Modi´s Mom (FL, USA) THIS IS different from other Sander CDs I have - more minimalist. But, still very fun.
Brilliant!!!!!! September 25, 2007 T. M. bahr (TX) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
