The CD Mix-1 gives you a pair of players and everything you need to keep grooves endlessly rolling. The players feature front-load transports with 30-second auto door close, track programming, 16% pitch/jog wheel, 12% pitch control, BPM counter, large backlit display, and true continuous play. The mixer offers one mic and 2 phone/line inputs for additional external devices, balanced output, master EQ, and stereo/mono control. I am a professional mobile DJ and I used the CD-Mix1 for about a year at least once a week on professional gigs (weddings, parties, etc.) and would definitely recommend it either for the beginning mobile DJ or as a reliable backup system. It does not have any of the features of most advanced CD players today, but it always got the job done and never faultered in operation. I would not recommend this to the club DJ who requires lots of effects and "toys", but it is a solid cd player/mixer at a reasonable price.
