He's great March 24, 2006 J 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I saw him randomly at a Bonnaroo tent, and opening up for some of the bands I like. He's great! Funky. jazzy. New Orleansy. Dancable. Awesome.
Nice November 8, 2004 C. Everett (Chicago IL) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
Ok I've only just began to play this album. So pardon me if I don't waste your time with meaningless details. This is a nice melodic album. Great voice! Reminded me a bit of U2's Bono (and I don't really consider myself to be a "u2 fan" so don't think you have to be either.) The music has a fresh eclectic sound that doesn't seem at all contrived, it just flows. I hope Louque gets a chance to be heard.. And if you're reading this here's your chance! So Check it out!

The blend of Southwest Lousiana with today's best stuff going. A perfect blend of organic and electronic music. Soothing for any soul. A must buy
nice album September 4, 2004 Logan Kistler (Lexington, KY USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I saw these guys in D.C. with G Love back in march, and immediately loved their music. it's got a really relaxed feel combined with excellent vocals and catchy piano hooks. the drum tracking is quite cool also. i dig it.
