Product Description Ta-ta-ta-boom-boom! Whatever the rhythm, this electronic digital drum system can deliver. All you need is the talent and skill. At only 14.6" x 19.7" x 6.2", you don't have to dedicate a room for this set of 7 pads that, essentially, take place of 7 drums and cymbals. Pad sounds may be selected from a menu of 215 voices. With a USB host connector, you can transfer drum sounds to a PC for editing or recording. There are 2 built-in speakers and a jack for adding an optional headphone (for your privacy and out of respect for others around). The Spectrum AIL601 has been preloaded with 100 preset songs so you can tap along with the melodies. Using drumsticks and 2 foot pedals, play is quite like a standard drum set but the digital electronics offer more power and capability. For learning, playing, and enjoying, the AIL601 digital drum pack is an easy beat. Unit Dimensions - 7.52 Lbs (WxLxH) 14.6 x 19.7 x 6.2

Now if I could only play November 2, 2008 Larry Wade III (LA) This is a great little item. I have been trying to record some music through my computer and this fills the slot for the only instrument I didn't have, drums. It sounds good through the internal speaker, and even better using midi through my computer. My only complaint, or suggestion, would be that the high hat and the snare drum feel like they should be swapped. Now if only I really knew how to play the drums.
Great product September 23, 2008 Viviane Perez This is a fun item to have. It's very good quality and a lot of fun to play with. The company service was excellent.
Bad Pad June 24, 2008 Richard (Gonzales, LA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I will have to send this drum set back because after two weeks, one of the pads stopped working. Very disappointing. Otherwise it was a great product and produced very good sound.
Great Sound - Great Value March 22, 2008 M. T. Moury (Michigan, USA) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I bought this electronic drum set for my six year old boy to pound on (and maybe learn something with eventually). Having a percussion background, I immediately started looking at the more expensive models from the better brand names. I found that the cost for a set that had 7 pads and two pedals was way out of line for my son's use. However, I wanted to have the 7 pads and the 2 pedals so he and I could both enjoy playing it as a five-drum kit with 2 cymbals and a hi-hat. I made the decision to get this unit and have not had a single regret. Great sound with the pre-programmed kits and the programmable sounds as well. I used a simple practice pad stand and made a mount for the drum kit. With an added small seat, my son and I are really enjoying playing along with our favorite tunes.
Gift for the hubby January 18, 2008 D. B. HOPGOOD Husband gave up the full set when we downsized. He now has a set that can go where ever he goes and practice whenever he wants. This was the best gift I could have given to him.
