It took my boyfriend and I 20 minutes just to unhook the ball, and since this company has a deplorable return policy (once you take the jewelry out of the sealed bag, it's yours and nonreturnable)
So, obviously seeing how hard it was to put on, I'm sure that's why they do that.
So, I don't wear this obviously, the ring part is a tad on the small side too.
Don't buy this

I think the design is really cute but I can't seem to open the ring no matter what direction I twist it. I am afraid i might break it. Is there a special trick to this?

while I was twisting the ball on this ring to attach it, the silver chain broke off of the ball. and even after that it STILL wouldn't open.
