Best Trance CD out there April 12, 2004

This CD is great, I always listen to it while driving, hanging out or just relaxing. Blank and Jones are my favorite DJs and the albums they make just keep getting better and better. Get their "The Mix 2" as well. You wont regret buying any CD from B&J.

i just happen to get myself yesterday (April 8th 2004) a strictly limited edition which contains: The Mix vol. 1 and 2 in one box. i have already got The Mix vol. 2 cd album but its worth getting the limited edition cos it gives you bonus tracks on either of the cds. the cd is truely amazing. so many awesome tracks, some you may know and some you may not know at all but after listening to it the 1st time, you'll be hook, all the tracks have wicked tunes and beats. sakman74 has best described it for you all. i truely RECOMMEND you trance fans to get The Mix vol.1 or 2 or both but be even better if you can get your hands on a limited edition cd. enjoy!!
The Best 2002/2003 for Trance Music Compilation March 30, 2004

On the top of my collection ! Very good stuff, even today as I write this (March 2004), as this compilation is from 2002. Sets the pace for the best trance you ever heard. Puts Blank & Jones right up there with the best of the best (Tiesto, Oakenfold, Hiver & Hammer, DJ Esquelle, etc...). Highly recommend.

The Mix Vol. 1 is easily one of the best double cd mixes I ever bought for 2002! Being 2003 & now 2005, I would still advise anyone to buy this compilation. This mix contains the best of both worlds: energetic dance & smooth trancey tracks. The 1st cd features more of the mainstream dance artists from Germany such as 'Fragma' & 'Paffendorf'. The 2nd cd features mixes by both legendary trancemasters 'DJ Tiesto' & 'Armin Van Buuren'. Und viele mehr! Buy It Now!
..Also, check out "The Mix Vol. 3", "In Search Of Sunrise Vol. 4".

La primera vez que oi Blank/ Jones fue su famoso single "cream", y luego algunos mixes como substance y "in Da Mix", si comparo "substance" con "The mix" hallo una diferencia enorme, una estilizacion muy buena y progresiva en este ultimo CD, el playlist no me parece aburrido ni repetitivo, mas bien hallo eso que el trance actual esta perdiendo: el fondo, el contenido,. tanto el CD1 como el CD2 tienen sus partes de trance pseudo-industrial, pero el resto considero es una mezcla muy exquisita de lo que piet y Jaspa siempre han sabido hacer: ritmos electronicos. Tambien me parece un buen CD para arrancar con una coleccion de musica trance.
