Don't get your hopes up. March 27, 2008 The Fabric Collector (CA, USA) I only give this "three" instead of "two" because I respect Benny Benassi, but this "mix" is really a placid compilation of tracks that might sound better when mixed live, and with thousands of other people. There is no sense of flow or buildup throughout (except at then end, when it isn't worth it); there is only an unpredictable change of tempo.
The disc's only salvation is the tracks themselves, which are most often excellent when taken alone or put in a separate playlist. "Put Your Hands Up for Detroit" is of course excellent, as well as "Love Is Gonna Save Us" and "Dance is "Dead". But these aren't enough to save a mostly boring compilation.
I would suggest looking for the tracks you like instead. Putting them all together for close to $20 is definitely not worth it.
Awesome Club Music July 23, 2007 Kathy W (Baltimore) My son and I got in his 4-door Jeep Wrangler the other day and played this bad boy loud while we zipped off to the Hagerstown, Maryland Outlets to shop. Lemme tell you, this club music was rippin all the way down. I was beatin the drums to this stuff on my legs so much it's a wonder I didn't injure myself. I LOVED it. Just ordered the CD for me too! By the way, another neat thing--the music is non-stop. Each song just flows into the next one.
